The August red-laser pen is a fantastic and cheap way to add a bit of childish glee into giving presentations or lectures.
Works perfectly even over a large distance (handy for giving lectures in Univeristy lecture halls), and only requires one AAA battery to use. Simple, cheap and effective. Well worth buying.

This was a fab buy for entertaining my cat! He loves it looks at the table wanting to play.
The only problem is you have to keep your finger on the button, an on off switch would be better!

I bought this product for my cats to chase around after and it's brilliant! I was buying cheaper ones on the high street and they were rubbish! This is big, sturdy and takes a AAA battery which lasts for ages and the beam is very strong! Would recommend to anyone! -10/10..................

Having tried (and lost on a regular basis) laser pointers I opted for the August pointer. The mere fact that it uses easy replacable AAA batteries makes it useful, and has been more than adequate for every lecture room I have taught in

it's a laser pen and thats all that can be said, really. The light is very bright and clear, even over long distances. and very cheap, considering that other laser pens can be double the price. a good, very usable laser pointer. but red is a little boring, don't you think?
