Before this I had one of the mice with a wheel, which I found to be a pain in the back teeth - I'd always catch the wheel with my hand. This wasn't too bad in word or excel, but when playing Medal Of Honor it drove me nuts because it would change weapon mid way in to the fight. But with a 3 button mouse, not only do you eliminate that problem, you can also do cool things with the other buttons - I assign leaning left and right to them in MOH.
It setup with no problems, and even has a feature to replace the wheel. Click the middle button, and moving the mouse scrolls the screen up or down. Click this button again to cancel. All this and good value for money too!
It misses out on 5 stars for one reason - the cable could be a bit longer, but thems the breaks.
