I bought this item after obtaining a refund for the Belkin product which was hopeless and had only about 7m range. The Sitecom has been excellent with bluetooth reception all over the house and into the garden!
The only annoyance is that it uses a Sitecom driver (provided) for XP but if you unplug the unit from the USB port and then reconnect it XP decides to revert to the generic driver. It's easy enough to get back to the Sitecom driver but irritating - XP's fault rather than Sitecom.
Still, with excellent range and easy to configure software I can't fault this product.
