This product is rubbish.
The manual bears no relation to the software disc.
The installation software is not labelled so you dont know whether its installed or not.
Finally the hardware is not recognised by the pc.
In simple it does not work. As for the technical support the website has no downloadable drivers only manual. And the asupport os just a plethora of FAQ which would take weeks to plough through only to find obvious answers like "is the machine on"!
Advice get a plug and play storage like freecom.
